By downloading or using CarWidgets, you agree to these Terms and to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula).
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use CarWidgets on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service.
Garage Pass is an optional, one-time, non-renewing in-app purchase. Apple shows the current local price before purchase.
If you already have a legacy CarWidgets Pro subscription, it remains subject to the terms accepted when purchased through Apple.
Dashboard values such as fuel, battery, range and odometer are configured manually; they are not read live from your vehicle. GPS speed requires location permission and appears while the app is open. Football coverage and score timing depend on the provider, and scores may be delayed. Apple controls standard widget refresh.
CarWidgets is an informational aid only. Do not interact with your phone while driving. Always watch the road and obey local laws. Speed, range, weather, and speed-limit information may be inaccurate or delayed and must not be relied upon for safety or navigation.
Don't misuse the app or try to disrupt it. The AI sound feature must not be used to create unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms; continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.
